We aim to ensure your orders are processed and delivered in a timely manner. Please review the details of our shipping & return policy below:

Order Processing & Shipping Time

We take 10-15 days to produce your custom boxes with an additional 3-5 days for shipping. You can also order for rush or expedited orders. The expedited order generally takes 6-8 business days, including shipping and production time.

The order processing time will begin after confirmation of the print-ready file.

Please note: Shipping times may vary depending on location and shipping carrier. The timeline of your order can also vary depending on the quantity. Some orders take less time than others, and some take a few extra days, depending on their nature.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking ID. This allows you to track your shipment in real time and stay updated on the progress of your delivery:

While we work carefully to meet the stated timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or adverse weather conditions. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Refunds & Returns

Dream Custom Boxes (DCB) prioritizes every task and provides customized product boxes and packaging based on customers’ instructions. If a client claims our product to be faulty, they must inform us within 3 working days.

Note: Return or refund cases are only handled for defective products.

Company-Side Defects

  • If it is the company’s fault, DCB will take responsibility and reprint the entire order.
  • The customer must send the complete order back to the company within 7 business days and pay the shipment fee.
  • The customer must provide proof of the defect, such as digital photos.
  • The company will assess the defect, and its decision regarding the defect and responsibility will be final.

Client-Side Defects

If the defect is found to be due to the customer’s fault and they request a refund:

  • The customer must return the entire order.
  • The refund will have shipping, setup, printing, and billing costs deducted from the total amount.

Order Cancelation

  • Once the proof is approved, the order is forwarded to the press. Customers have 4 hours to cancel the order.
  • If canceled after processing, a 5% cancellation fee will apply.
  • Clients can drop their request to cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it. In such cases, 50% of the total payment will be charged to cover expenses for wasted resources and time.
