Thank you so much!
I ordered 100 boxes for my book trilogy and received exceptional service. The team patiently answered my questions and guided me through the specifications to achieve the quality and appearance I wanted. The boxes arrived within 10 days, and I was delighted with the finished product.
Was a little nervous ordering custom boxes online, but it worked out well. They answered my questions and helped fix a sizing isuue before production. The final result looked clean and professional. Happy with the outcome overall.
A dream experience from start to end. I needed a fanciful story-telling custom box for our art-jewelry watch experience. It's the Cheshire cat on the watch face and he interacts with you when you look at him. Designed by Disney Legendary Imagineer Terri Hardin. We designed a pull-out, matchbox style box. As you pull the box open an illustration introduces you to your next best friend, the cat. Dream Custom Boxes took our design, delivered a prototype, gave us an inexpensive quote to match our budget, gave frequent updates during manufacturing, answered our questions about import tariffs/taxes, and delivered on-time. Our customers are delighted. -Frank Cohen, Founder, Starling Watch Company
Exactly what I expected! Ordering process was relatively easy too!
Exceeded my expectations. The boxes came out exactly as I had hoped. Will definitely recommend to all my business owners.
They did a great job with every aspect of my order. I was initially worried about the sizing of my custom box because it needed to be precise to fit my product. I couldn't be happier with the result and everything worked out perfectly. Highly recommend.
Had a fantastic experience, quality work and fast shipping. Rob and Mark were very easy to work with, very responsive, and always had solutions for me. I would definitely recommend them.
The boxes we ordered were of the highest quality. I was worried about ordering from a new vendor without simples. Everything was beyond perfect.

Got three rigid boxes for demo kits. Was the only place I could find that did low order quantities for rigid drawers. Parts were not quite as good of quality as I would expect at scale (could easily see seam lines, glue, etc) but this is expected for demo low MOQ boxes. Victor was very responsive and answered all of my questions.
Everything went as Ryan outlined and the boxes are perfect.
Our pre-roll company lost our original box manufacturer in 2024. So, we searched all over the West Coast USA for another box manufacturer who could produce a similar preroll cig box for our branded 10-pack, flip top box. With several companies and thousands of (wasted) dollars, we supplied vector files and sent actual boxes for them to reduplicate. Repeatedly, we were lied to, ripped off and shit on by several competing box manufacturers who over-charged for flimsy and flawed boxes. Finally, we discovered ‘Dream Custom Boxes’ and were skeptical at their enthusiasm and confidence. When we received our order produced by Dream Custom Boxes, even our production manager was impressed with the quality, including excellent glue sticks and firm corners. We are very please with Dream Custom Boxes and are placing another order soon. Tim Vevoda, Managing Member, LyricsJoints, LLC
