Preferred File Formats

For optimal results, please submit your artwork in vector-based format (AI or PDF). You can use Adobe Illustrator or Canva to create your artwork files. Please consult with our design support before further processing.

Color-Mode

Color Mode

We use two color modes, CMYK and PMS.

  • CMYK: It is recommended to use CMYK when your artwork includes multiple colors or an image.
  • PMS: It is recommended to use Pantone (PMS) when your artwork has solid backgrounds or is in a single color.

Resolution Requirements

Ensure all the images and graphics have a minimum resolution of 300 DPI (dots per inch). This high resolution ensures that your artwork appears sharp and professional in the final product. Lower resolutions may result in pixelation and low image quality.

Fonts-and-Text

Fonts and Text

To avoid font-related issues, ensure the text size is accurate when adding typography to your artwork.

  • Text Size: It is recommended to use a 4pt font size when adding typography to your packaging artwork. Our design support will assist if changes are required.
  • Font Style: Use a readable font when adding paragraphs or smaller text. For a single word or title, you may use any font style.

Bleed and Safe Zones

To ensure your design applies to the packaging edge without unwanted borders, consider the factors below:

  • Bleed Area: Extend your artwork 0.125 inches (3mm) beyond the trim line.
  • Safe Zone: Keep essential elements (text, logos) at least 0.125 inches (3mm) inside the trim line.
